relatively straight forward concept.  Procurement professionals are
adept at “
vendoring” so that the organization’s basic business needs
are constantly met.  These professionals are able to evaluate
requirements for goods and services and they readily develop systems
that provide for those needs, within an acceptable price range.

traditional supply chain process.  As many companies have learned,
setting goals and milestones is much easier than actually attaining
them.
